Access problems and violations etc, i'm not sure of the whole story as i was in a hurry at the time and can't remember much. So I bought 'smaller Animals Thumbnailer' and this is one of the easiest to use and most comprehensive programs of it's type I have ever used. No problems with it, installed fast, and no access violation problems when doing exactly the same thing as I tried with yours.
